Welcome to Berlin, a destination that is in constant evolution, but also showcases important heritage. Along this tour, we will walk through the centre of Berlin, exploring its rich history and explosive development as a global city from the 13th century until today. As is well known, the bombings of World War II destroyed a large part of the historical centre. But traces of the past still remain to document Berlin’s journey through the millennium. We will start from Berlin’s largely unknown and hidden mediaeval past, and from there, delve into the city’s journey through the centuries.
